Vinyasa Yoga
Breath and Flow
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking conscious breath with fluid movement. A number of Yoga postures (Asanas) are linked together in a sequence which flows together a little bit like dance. The breath is controlled and directs the timing and co-ordination of the movement in flow.

Mountain Pose
Mountain Pose improves your postural and body awareness. It helps you find alignment by asking you to stack your shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. And it can counter the effects of prolonged sitting at a computer by reminding you what it feels like to release your shoulders away from your ears.

Downward Facing Dog
Down Dog Pose strengthens your wrists, arms, and shoulders; it stretches your wrists, hamstrings, and back. Because the posture lengthens your spine, it counteracts the effects of prolonged sitting and improves posture.

Upward Facing Dog
Upward-Facing Dog is an energy-boosting posture that may help relieve lower back pain. It can also help counteract slouching and kyphosis (the abnormal curvature of the spine). It is a great posture to counteract the effects of prolonged sitting.
