I began to feel curious about cooking around the ages of 10 to 12, and since then, it has been a fascinating journey towards greater autonomy, various techniques, diverse cultures, and a multitude of new and amazing flavors! I never received any formal training but discovered a lot of guidance and inspiration in cooking books, TV shows, apps, blogs, travel, and restaurant experiences...essentially, everywhere.
