I like tea very much. I drink it often, even in summer. I also appreciate each variety: red, green, white or black. However, the tea I prepare in winter is unique. Winter Tea takes time and a few ingredients, but it's worth your while to prepare it. It is my beloved winter ritual. I never drink it alone, but I always greet guests and friends with it. To prepare Winter Tea you will need: black tea, half a lemon, 2 cm of fresh ginger, a piece of quince and honey. It is important to first pour the tea and wait four minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients, so as not to deprive them of their properties, e.g. vitamin C. It is best to grate the ginger and quince on a fine-mesh grater, because then we will bring out the richness of their flavors. This special tea smells beautiful and tastes great on winter evenings, and is also very healthy and warming.
