What I've understood
throughout my 33 years

• You shouldn't discuss other people (first of all, it has a destructive effect on your energy)
• You should be egoistic enough and not worry about other people's opinions (listen to your feelings and desires, and always choose yourself)
• You need to take care of your health and body (you should not wait for something to bother you, prevention is always a better way)
• You need to talk about your feelings here and now (you shouldn't hope you'll do it later)
• If it's unpleasant or uncomfortable to communicate with a person, don't do it
• It's never too late to try something new and to find yourself in this life
• If you're able to help, do it (and it's not only about people)
• You must do all that depends on you to preserve our Planet - it is our Home
• Never stop dreaming! All our dreams coming true!
