From action-packed shooter games to challenging strategy games, I love playing video games. Some of my dearest childhood memories are related to gaming wether it's alone or with my friends or family. My playing habits have evolved overtime: as a kid, I mostly played on console (Game Gear, GameBoy, PS1, PS2), nowaday most of my playing time is on PC.
Contrary to popular belief, video games can, and do, have a proven range of positive impacts on those who play them. From mood management and stress release to social connection and learning, video games are really great! Personally, video games are a way to unwind and cope with the stress of everyday life.
