I am located in Stockholm, Sweden. Have a degree in telecommunications and
information systems, which is validated by the University and College
Council (UHR).
I worked in a call center for more than 4 years
and then I had different roles such as web editor, copywriter, mobile
network supervisor and social network employee. I also have experience of
working with different case management systems.
After I came to Sweden last February, I decided to train in software
testing to gain a better understanding of technical nuances in software
development and its processes. I have also taken courses in Swedish,
including SFI for Ukrainians, and have received help from job coaches and
taken various programs to orient myself on the labor market.
Right now I'm focusing on learning coding and want to continue
developing my help desk skills.
