A workout disguised as a dance party! Come out and find your confidence on the dance floor in a body-positive, supportive space where you can let your real self SHiNE. Come find the power of dance, the art of connecting to the music and the freedom of moving you body the way it wants to.


SHiNE Dance Fitness is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout class that includes both cardio and strength training. Modifications are availabile for intensity, impact and complexity to make the class accessible to all. You will SWEAT and have a great workout no matter what fitness or dance experience you bring, in a supportive and inclusive environment that will be cheering for you the whole time

You do NOT need to be a dancer or at any fitness level. The choreography is meant to be inspiration for you to do what YOU want to do, whatever that looks or feels like.

With DEDICATION and COMMITMENT to yourself you CAN and WILL learn to do things you didn't think were possible. Come find your confidence to dance BIG and proud and shine from the inside out.
