Everybody should try boxing!
Boxing is a combat sport in which 2 people, wearing
padded gloves, hit one another. It can also be practiced against a heavy
bag. It is a high intensity workout that builds fitness, strength and
coordination. In addition to its many physical benefits, it also has a
mental component. The nature of the workout gives a mental and physical
challenge, and the release of hitting something hard can reduce stress
and other negative emotions.
