I used to feel insecure about my body but could not afford gym.
Everytime I see pictures of healthy, fit and happy women,
I would always compare myself and think... there is no way I could look like that.

I have created a community where i provide you with a plan of workouts that can be done at the comfort of your home with or without equipments.
My home workouts are meant to help you stay in shape and healthy easily at home.
I advice you to workout five days a week to see results and have breaks so that your body can rest.
