Silks is an aerial skill in which
artists perform dynamic shapes while hanging from two lengths of
fabric. Performers use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing,
and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. Silks
greatly improves upper body strength.

Aerial Hoop is an extremely dynamic
apparatus, being a circular steel ring that provides the perfect
frame for your acrobatic moves. It provides a platform for an
endless combination of transitions and fluid movements. Hoop is
great for improving core strength.

Static trapeze is an aerial circus
skill performed on a stationary trapeze – a horizontal bar
suspended from two ropes. The bars and ropes stay in place whilst
you create shapes on and around the trapeze. Trapeze is great for
improving balance.
