Heaven really kissed Nigeria with this particular dish, a dish that can be served as a main dish and side dish, kindly and respectively call it heaven in a plate. This particular dish has actually caused a War between Nigeria and Ghana but we won. There is a Nigerian saying that goes like
this: "A Gathering Without Jollof Rice is a Meeting🤝🏻"
A meal that causes its own entrance with such aromatic spicy flavour occupying the room its been placed.

Jollof rice can be served with so many side protiens such as:Beef, cow-skin, turkey, Chicken, plantain, moi- moi, Salad, boiled eggs, Kpomo any type of protein of choice. it been cooked with rich tomatoes and pepper blend. like i said, it so aromatic and delicious, trust me on this verification. I usually prefer my Jollof rice with Turkey, Salad and diced plantain, Damn! Greatness in one plate
