The Characters
To start, there are a multitude of characters to fall in love with.
From the demon slayers to the demons, every one of them are all very distinctive in personality and
appearance, and their interactions with each other are always so fun to watch.
To name a few, Tengen, a hashira or highest-ranked demon slayer, the sound hashira, is very flashy and
extragant.
Rengoku, another hashira, the flame hashira, is very responsible, dependable, passionate, and big
brother-like.
Inosuke, a demon slayer who wears a boar's head, is not afraid to speak his mind and loves challenges.
Hantengu, an Upper Moon demon, a high-ranked demon, has several forms of himself that come with different
personalities pertaining to emotions: fear, joy, sorrow, pleasure, anger, and hatred.
Many of these characters are really relatable too, making it very easy to become attached to them.
For me, it was hard to pick a favorite when starting the anime in the beginning.
(Even the main character, Tanjiro, is so lovable and respectable.)
There's so much to love about the plot. I can't even fully hate the demons due to some of their sad
pasts and traumas.
Still, I will always root for justice, for the demon slayers.
What makes the characters even more interesting are their skills.
The demon slayers train to perfect their breathing styles, mostly executed by swordsmenship, and their
physicalities or physical attributes to fight against the demons.
Meanwhile, demons have enhanced human capabilities, and higher-level demons can use blood demon art, a
powerful weapon against the demon slayers.
The detail in all the forms of their abilities makes the watch even more interesting, and of course, the
battles are always intense.

The Production
I have never in my life seen animation so high-quality and smooth like I have witnessed while watching
Demon Slayer.
This quality continues for the whole series (still ongoing), which is highly impressive.
Given that these characters have those special skills, like breathing techniques and blood demon art,
animating all that and doing such an amazing job is so commendable on ufotable's part -- the animation
company for Demon Slayer.
The Japanese dubbing of all the characters and the sound effects add so much life to the beautiful visuals.
One can tell that the budget for this anime is really high, and the effort of everyone participating in the
production is paying off.
Sadly, one 20-minute episode every Sunday is not enough to satisfy my Demon Slayer addiction, but I
am still appreciative for the coming of every Sunday. (Unfortunately, as of today, June 18th, after the
finale of Season 3, Sunday's will not be so bright anymore as everyone waits for the next season with an
unreleased release date but will be coming soon.)
Although I haven't read the manga, of which the anime was adapted from, according to the fellow manga
readers of Demon Slayer, I believe most of the scenes are pretty accurate to the scenes in the
manga,
doing the original work justice.
The artstyle is perfectly translated from paper onto the screen, and every animation is so satisfying.
Oftentimes, the anime switches between very fast, fluid animation to animation that doesn't require as much
detail and frames.
This, to me, is the perfect balance as it goes back and forth between very intense to simplistic.
Moreover, most episodes provide some comedic relief despite the ramping up of tension when it gets to the
intense fights, which I appreciate a lot.
There are so many emotions that occur when watching each episode!
I almost forgot to mention the music! The openings especially are so addictive to listen to;
I almost never skip them when watching an episode since that's just how much I love the songs.
It really is the cherry-on-top to such a spectacular anime.

better than to fuel one's Demon Slayer hunger than with some fanmade Demon Slayer content!
I recall many times where I've come across a Demon Slayer meme on TikTok that made me laugh,

Reading the comments after watching an episode or watching fanmade content about the characters make my day.
