Moroccan cuisine

Moroccan cuisine (المطبخ المغربي) is the cuisine of Morocco, fueled by interactions and exchanges with many cultures and nations over the centuries.
Moroccan cuisine is usually a mix of Amazigh, Andalusi, Mediterranean, and Arab cuisines, with minimal European (French and Spanish) and sub-Saharan influences.

Fun Fact: Morocco ranks ninth in the world for tea consumption. When serving guests, Moroccans ceremonially pour the tea from at least a foot above the teacup.
