🧩 The History of Jigsaw Puzzles 🧩

The first jigsaw puzzles were created by an English cartographer, John Spilsbury. Spilsbury would glue a map to a piece of wood and then cut along the borders of countries to make pieces. These puzzles were called dissected maps. Today, billions of jigsaw puzzles are sold every year.
