Add chocolate chips and coconut oil every 20 second in the microwave until it is melted and smooth.
Set a sheet of parchment paper and dip one strawberry at the time by holding the it by the leaves. (Note: It would be best to tilt the bowl of chocolate on one side, and rotate the strawberry for better coating.)
Slide strawberry to edge of the bowl to remove some of the excess chocolate to place them on the parchment paper.
