Pick Your Poison

Bee's Knees 🐝

• 1.5oz Gin
• 1tsp honey
• juice of 1/4 lemon

Shake well with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass

French 75 🇫🇷

• 1.5oz Gin
• 1tsp powdered sugar
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• champagne

Stir gin, sugar, and lemon juice in a highball glass. Add ice cubes. Fill with champagne

Maple Leaf 🍁

• 2oz Bourbon
• 1oz pure maple syrup
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1 cinammon stick

Shake well with ice cubes. Strain into a cocktail glass, and add a cinammon stick

Watermelon Sugar 🍉

• 1.5oz Gin
• 1oz simple syrup
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 muddled cucumbers
• frozen watermelon cubes

Shake well with frozen watermelon. Strain into a cocktail glass, and add a basil leaf or cucumber slice for garnish

Lavender I Hardly Know Her 🟣

• 2oz Gin
• 1/2oz lemon juice
• 1/2oz lime juice
• 1/2oz light cream
• 1oz simple syrup
• 2oz club soda
• 1 egg white
• 3 dashes lavender water

Mix all ingredients, except club soda, to a cocktail shaker and shake for 1 minute.
Add ice until shaker is 3/4 full and shake for 1 more minute. Strain into a collins glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with lavender sprig

Ruth Bader Ginsburg ⚖️

• 1 shot Gin
• 1/2 shot St. Germain
• prosecco

Mix gin and St. Germain, and pour into cocktail glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with lemon twist

Rum Float 🍨

• 2 shots Dark Rum
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• ginger beer

Add vanilla ice cream to a Collins glass. Pour in rum, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime slice

Mint Condition 🌿

• 2 shots Gin
• ginger beer
• 1 strawberry
• 1 mint sprig

Cut strawberry lengthwise into several slices and pull the leaves off the mint sprig. Add strawberry and mint leaves to a Collins glass and lightly muddle. Add gin, fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a strawberry

Sherry Baby 🥃

• 1.5 shots Gin
• 1/2 shot Cream Sherry
• 1/2 shot simple syrup
• 3/4 shot lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Add gin, sherry, simple syrup, lemon juice, and egg white to a shaker. Shake for 10 seconds, then add ice. Shake for another 10 seconds. Strain into a lowball glass. Garnish with lemon twist

Autumn Apple Snap 🍎

• 1.5 shots Gin
• 3/4 shot lemon juice
• 3/4 shot apple cider
• ginger beer

Add gin, lemon juice, and apple cider to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a lowball glass. Top with ginger beer and ground nutmeg. Garnish with an apple slice

Rosemary Maple Bourbon Sour 🌱

• 3 shots Bourbon
• 1.5 shots lemon juice
• 3/4 shot maple syrup
• 2 sprigs rosemary

Crush 1 large sprig of rosemary and add to shaker. Add bourbon, ice, lemon juice, and maple syrup. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with second rosemary sprig.

Sugar and Spice 🌶

• 2oz Vodka
• juice from half of a lime
• juice from half of a small grapefruit
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 tsp honey
• 1-2 jalepeño slices
• 2-4 finely chopped mint leaves
• ginger beer
• pomegranate arils

On a plate, combine sugar and mint. Rim the glass with it and then fill with ice. Combine the vodka, lime juice, grapefruit juice, honey, and jalepeños in a shaker with ice and shake for about a minute. Strain into glass and top with ginger beer and garnish with mint and pomegranate arils.

British Mule 🇬🇧

• 1.5oz Gin
• juice of 1/2 lime
• ginger beer

Mix gin and lime juice in a mule mug with ice. Add ginger beer to top
