Yoga
is an ancient Indian practice that involves physical poses, meditation
and deep breathing techniques. It began as a spiritual practice but has
become popular as a way of promoting physical and mental well-being.
It's also believed to give us greater access to inner resources to teach
us about self-awareness, acceptance, patience & compassion, gratitude,
humility & forgiveness, love, peace and joy.
A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness and
well-being.
