About The Book

My Colourful World colouring book is an educational tool that promotes gross motor skills whilst teaching children about diversity and inclusion.

This colouring book will help to build a strong community for all kids who are often misrepresented by mainstream media.

My Colourful World books will be in a series, filled with inspiring and empowering content for young children aged 4 and above. The first of this is themed Best Friends.

The Author

Lolade Coker had an empowering idea to use her four year old daughter's love for colouring as a tool to help her develop confidence and acceptance for her skin colour whilst also appreciating the diversity of people around her.

This birthed the idea of the book "My Colourful World"
