Tips to maximise your skincare routine

Skincare doesn't require a 15 step-by-step rountine. A crucial step is first establishing the type of skincare you have, whether it is dry, oily or combination skin.

I know we all want to treat something whether it's acne, texturised skin, hyperpigmentation or wrinkles so using the necessary products/ingrediants is important!


Having a simple and efffective skincare routine is essential to achieve your desired results:

    Morning routine
  1. Cleanser
  2. Vitamin C - optional
  3. Moisturiser
  4. SPF
    Evening routine
  1. Double cleanse - 1st oil based cleanser then + 2nd Water based cleanser
  2. Exfoliant - optional + only few times a week
  3. Moisturiser

For oily skin: Look for products containing alpha hydroxy acids (glycolic acid or salicylic acid) and benzoyl peroxide to control excess sebum production
For dry skin: Look for products containing ceramides, hyaloronic acid and humectants which hydrate the skin. Also, try to be using gentle hydrating cleansers
For combination skin: You can use both option depending on your desired outcome and what exactly you want to treat.


Need To Know's

Always wear sunscreen, double cleanse if you wear makeup or SPF, moisturiser is a must regardless of skintype, avoid fragances, patch test new products and I repeat DO NOT PICK AT YOUR SKIN!!
