New Uji Matcha 2023

The first green tea harvest of the year is here. Many have been waiting for the purest and superior quality of Uji's - Matcha which means "ground tea" in Japanese. It looks like hallucinogenic but behaves like pulled espresso and has a taste of rich earthy tea. I can't be more excited for the first flush of spring!
