I have an italian family, so I really REALLY enjoy pasta. My favourite? Fresh Spaghetti.

Fresh pasta is traditionally produced by hand, sometimes with the aid of simple machines. Fresh pastas available in grocery stores are produced commercially by large-scale machines.
