Growing up, I was so in love with Fitness, however, my health conditions
weren't the greatest. I realized from a young age that to be able to be
healthy and physically active is a privilege denied to many. While we
have the ability to do so, move your body, fuel it with good food, be
active and just get up and move; even if it is for 10-15 minutes a day.
I was so involved in sports, grew up dancing, doing taekwondo and
boxing, however, unfortunately, my health condiions forced me to take a
step back. It was discouraging to not be able to do what I love, but
with proper guidance and support, I was able to get through it. I love,
live and work at the gym for years now. I am now a personal trainer and
work as a Physiotherapist Assistant helping others move their bod, heal
and reach their fitness goals. If I can do it, so can you! If you're
