Dniester Canyon
Canyon on the Dniester river is one of the most interesting trips in Ukraine.
Picturesque landscapes include steep rocky or forest banks of 200m high, unique travertine rocks
and geological removed layers,
caves and grottoes, waterfalls, islands, monuments of nature, history, architecture, and ethnography.
Twice a year All-Ukrainian and International skydiving competition takes place here.

Lake Synevyr
Lake Synevyr is the largest lake in the Carpathian Mountains of Ukraine. Scientists estimate that the lake formed
about ten thousand years ago.
In 2008, the lake was recognized as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Ukraine.
There is a scenic path around the lake, which is rather round.
Along the path park guests will find a few gazebos and a "rest house".
There is also a horse-back riding service that takes customers on a trail ride around the lake.

Optymistychna Cave
Optymistychna is a gypsum cave, approximately 264km of passageways have been mapped within.
As a result, it is the longest cave in Eurasia and the sixth-longest cave in the world.
Optymistychna's gypsum bed is topped with a limestone layer, which has seeped through into the cave via erosion
and formed into calcite speleothems.
At other places, the gypsum has formed crystals, often tinted a multitude of colors by mineral salts.
In some areas, large gypsum rosettes have formed, colored black by manganese oxide.

Vukhaty kamin'
Vukhaty Kamin' is a mountain in the Ukrainian Carpathians, in the Chornoghora massif.
It is located in the Verkhovyna district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, within the Carpathian National Nature Park.
The height of the mountain is 1864m.
The path from Dzembroni to the main ridge of Chornoghora passes through the peak.
To the southwest of Vukhaty Kamin' is the peak of Smotrych, to the northeast (in the hollow) are the Dzembron waterfalls.

Mount Hoverla
Mount Hoverla at 2,061 metres,
is the highest mountain in Ukraine and part of the Ukrainian Carpathians.
The slopes are covered with beech and spruce forests, above which there is a belt of sub-alpine meadows called
polonyna in Ukrainian.
The name is of Hungarian origin and means 'snow fortress.' Hoverla is composed of sandstone.

The Tunnel of Love
The Tunnel of Love is a section of industrial railway.
It is a railway surrounded by green arches and is three to five kilometers in length.
It is known for being a favorite place for couples to take walks since trains pass thrice a day.

Whale-lake
Not far from Zhytomyr there is a whale lake in the forest with a wooden bridge to a small island.
Whale-lake is not a very popular location, there are no crowds of tourists yet.

Khortytsia
Khortytsia is the largest island on the Dnieper river, and is 12.5km long and up to 2.5km wide.
The island forms part of the Khortytsia National Park.
The island has played an important role in the history of Ukraine, especially in the history of the Zaporozhian Cossacks.
The island has unique flora and fauna, including oak groves, spruce woods, meadows, and steppe.
Legends state that Cossacks wrote the notorious
Reply of the Zaporozhian Cossacks to Sultan Mehmed IV of the Ottoman Empire on Khortytsia.
