To make oat milk simply add 1 cup rolled oats ( you can use GF oats ) + 4 cups water to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds. Then strain through a clean cheesecloth or milk bag for best results (if you don't have a milk bag or a cheesecloth you can use a think cotton T-shirt or kitchen towel).
