Oat milk is a nondairy, lactose-free and vegan-friendly alternative to cow’s milk. Oats are naturally gluten-free, making oat milk generally safe for those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease. They also aturally contain many vitamins and minerals your body needs, including vitamin B, thiamin, folate, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, zinc and copper. Want to make creamy oat milk at home with just 2 ingredients, 1 blender, and in 5 minutes! Let me show you how!

To make oat milk simply add 1 cup rolled oats ( you can use GF oats ) + 4 cups water to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds. Then strain through a clean cheesecloth or milk bag for best results (if you don't have a milk bag or a cheesecloth you can use a think cotton T-shirt or kitchen towel). This method yields creamy oat milk every time that’s perfect for adding to coffee, matcha, cereal, oats, baked goods, granola, and more!
