I'm Jaqui, a registered Yoga Teacher, focusing on Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and other mindful practices.
For me, I found Yoga when I was at my lowest, or Yoga found me. Who knows. One day I saw a 30 day beginner challenge and as the challenge progressed over the month I found myself becoming happier and happier. As I found my peace, mindfulness and happiness through Yoga, I want to help you do the same.
