Fried Rice
Fried rice is one of my favourite dishes because it is so quick and easy
to make!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 lightly beaten eggs
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions

Add the cooked rice and the
eggs to a large bowl. Stir until
each grain of rice is covered with a bit of the egg.

Heat up the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. When
the pan is hot, add in the rice and egg mixture.

Cook the rice for several minutes. Stir constantly until the rice is
heated through.

Season the rice with soy sauce.

Add in the green onion and mix with
the rice in the pan. Serve the fried rice on a plate or in a bowl.
