Self care is ultimately the greatsest form of showing up for yourself and the world. Fueling your day with something that nourishes your mind, body and spirit is the #1 way to remain confidient in your abilites to manuever and manifest the reality you truly want. Adding something as simple as yoga to your daily routine can increase mood, strength, flexibilty and overall function. I personally do yoga 5 times a week and would highly recommend that as a powerful impact on nurturing the body.
