Imagine feeling unstoppable. Climbing feels like freedom and makes you overcome obstacles that before you did’t think you could do. Facing your own fears and your inner voice screaming in your head, trying to convince you otherwise. It gives you this rush of being able to achieve anything you want. Once you get hooked you will not want to live without climbing. It gives you the ability to accept failure in a completely other way, it makes you doubt and achieve at the same time. It becomes this kind of therapy and also trains your brain and body in a very efficient way. By definition it is the activity of using ones hands and feet to ascend a steep topographical object.
