Wine is the best... especially Italian wine

Red wine is a type of wine made from dark-colored grape varieties. The color of the wine can range from purple, generally for young wines, through to deep maroon / brick red for more mature wines, and brown for the older vintages. The juice from most purple grapes is pale green-white, as the red color comes from pigments in the skin of the grape. The red wine production process involves extraction of color and flavor components from the grape skin. It is utterly delicious!
