You don't have to be a professional to bake just ask me. I learned how to bake purely by trial and error, and that's what I love most about baking. There is so much room for growth and improvement. Baking is controlled entirely by you and of course whatever ingredients you have on hand. You want to bake an onion tart with honey, have at it. Whatever you can imagine, I'm sure you can make it. But don't blame me if whatever you make doesn't taste so great, it is your imagination's fault after all.
