What you need is one piece of pork ( chuck steak) , pinch of salt and pepper, 3 onions, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 5
tablespoons of mayonnaise, 10 slices of cheese, few champignons.
Cut you meat in slices (about 1 cm each) season the meat and leave it for few minutes. In this time, take 2 tablespoons
of mayo and schmear it on your sheet pan, this will be our base.
In a cup mix 2 tablespoons of ketchup and 3 tablespoons of mayo- this is our sauce . Then put meat on sheet pan and add
onions and champignons on meat. Schmear sauce on meat and vegetables, at the top, add slices of cheese and cover all of it
with the rest of sauce.
Put sheet pan into the oven for 1 h 10 minutes, 180°C
