When asked what I achieved during the "great" lockdown of 2020, there were only two things that stood out, attempted plant propagation and the considerable consumption of podcasts. Before lockdown, I had tried to grow an avocado plant from stone on multiple occasions, achived by many, including children, only to be met with an algae-infested jam-jar and bitter disappointment.
So I decided to take the time, and every avocado stone I could get my paws on to try and rectify this houseplant failing. Join me on my avocado-shaped journey as I endeavour to grow my own indoor aboretum.
