Terms and Conditions: Online Review

1. Promoter: CodingWorkshops, 1000 Computer St, BR0 3HR.
2. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18+, who have purchased an Eligible Device which contained an invitation to enter this Prize Draw only.
3. “Eligible Course” means any one of the following paid courses; Beginner, Advanced & Expert
4. Employees or agents of the Promoter or anyone professionally connected to the Prize Draw is not eligible to enter.
5. The Prize Draw will open at 00:00 (GMT) on 20/01/2021 and close at 23:55 (GMT) on 20/03/2021 (“Prize Draw Period”).
6. There is 3 Prizes to be won each month, consisting of 1st prize – Galaxy Tab S7+ 12.4", Wi-Fi, 2nd prize – Galaxy Watch3 4G (45mm), and 3rd prize – Galaxy Buds Live (each a “Prize” and together the “Prizes”).
7. Each Prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winners. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any Prize.
8. To enter, Participants must complete ALL of the below steps:
   1. Find their online order.
   2. Rate and leave a review of their course on that retailer’s website.
   3. Either (a) scan the QR code featured or (b) email [email protected] ,and provide ALL of the following:
      • "Online Review Entry" in the email subject line
      • an image or screenshot of their review
      • an image or screenshot of their Proof of Purchase (the Proof or Purchase must be either an order confirmation email, VAT invoice, or receipt
      Once these steps have ALL been completed, a Participant will be considered entered into the Prize Draw (“Entry”).
9. Maximum of 1 Entry per Eligible Device.
10. Each successful Entry will be allocated a number (“Entry Number”).
11. Each month, the winner of each Prize will be the Participant whose Entry Number is selected by the random number generator (“Winner”).
12. Winners will be notified by within 72 hours via email.
13. Winners will have 30 days from the date of notification to respond with full name, contact details and address. Each Prize will be delivered by post within 30 days from the date that the Winner has responded with all relevant details.
14. In the event a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the winner shall forfeit their Prize.
15. CodingWorkshop excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
16. All Prizes are subject to current tax laws, and may be considered to be a taxable benefit to those who have participated and won.
17. Entry into the Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
19. These terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
