Loosing weight after birthing my baby was challanging. I did my exercises, ate portioned food and followed all rules attached to weight loss. Nothing seem to change as every month I would get my weighing scale, climb on it with eagerness to see change but I am always disappointed as I see no change 😔. I almost came to a conclusion that I was never going to loose my postpatum weight until a friend ask if I have tried water for weight loss. YES! I said to her. She futher asked how much I drank daily. I told her 2 cups. She laughed 🤣 at me and said I needed to drink 2 litres daily. 2 litres?! I asked with my eyes opened wide. How would I achieve this?. She handed me a Calibrated Water Bottle (see picture below). "Your weight loss lies in there"!, she said.
True to her words my weight loss laid in this bottle. I started noticing changes few weeks later and I also went down one dress size within these weeks 💃🏻.
