Gimbap (김밥) is a Korean dish made from cooked rice and ingredients such as vegetables, fish, and meats that are rolled in gim (김) - dried sheets of seaweed - and served in bite-sized slices. It is often eaten for lunch with kimchi (김치). Gimbap can also be accompanied by danmuji (pickled radish). In a Korean restaurant, Gimbap makes a fun starter.
