I started practicing Yoga for the very first time back in May 2022, I
find the practice both calming and fortifying, I love experimenting with
the various asanas and how challenging is keeping once balance.
Through the practice I've learned how to quiet my mind, be present in
the moment on the mat and allow my body to feel the movements and relax
after a long session.
I would encourage everyone to try it, at least once, even those who are
quite sceptic wheter they'll get that sweat in, trust me: you will.
