Some information about Leopard Gecko's

They are Crepuscular: Which means that they most active during both dawn and dusk (or twilight.)
Leopard gekos are great first time reptile pets for older kids, and not recommented for small children. Leopard geckos average lifespan is 10-20 years

Hatchlings: Average 7 to 10 cm in lengh & weigh about 2 to 5 grams.
Adult females:Average 18 to 20cm in length & weigh about 50 to 70 grams.
Adult Males Average 20 to 28 cm & length and weigh about 60 to 80 grams.

Handling & Playing

Most geckos do not like to be held, and prefer to walk on your hands (One hand infront of the other.) They need to be held with a lose and light grip, and Never be picked up by their tail ! or they will drop their tail as a defence mechanism. (Their dropped tail will wiggle as bait to escape.)

There are many different geckos, so be sure to do your research before you get one to make sure they are a right fit for you. 🥰
