I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual who graduated from Seneca
College in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration and Purchasing
and Supply Chain Management. To further expand my skill set, I completed a
certification for the Junior IT Analyst and Google IT Automation with
Python program.
With my excellent problem-solving skills and a keen ear for listening, I
began my journey as a Technical Support Specialist at Condrain where I
helped customers troubleshoot their technical issues. I take pride in
being able to assist customers and resolve their problems with ease.
My eagerness to learn has driven me to take up new challenges, and I am
currently taking a course in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with SheCodes. I am
committed to delivering my best work in any task I am assigned and always
strive to exceed expectations.
