Start Smart is a non-profit youth social enterprise that assists youths in Myanmar to choose their career with their passion. We are processing with 4 sectors such as the education sector, the knowledge sharing sector, and the volunteering sector and social sector. Before we started this organization, we planned to run our organization based on 4 programs such as Business Program, Information technology, language programs, and scholarship preparation program. But when we started running the organization, our start smart team planned to add extra activities which include youth-based competitions, youth clubs, donation projects, and workshops that assist youths to choose their career to improve the youths’ creative skills and to reach more community development.

Education Sector

We provide 4 programs such as Business program, IT program, language program and scholarship preparing with low fees to learn about the introduction of their passionate subjects and to do further study. We have to create other upcoming programs.

Knowledge Sharing Sector

This sector includes two parts which are sharing content about career knowledge, useful educational information on our “‘Start Smart” social media platforms, and holding workshops that can assist youths in choosing their career and youth development.

Volunteering Sector

Providing the opportunities for the volunteers in Start Smart to get volunteering experience by making organizational skills training and working in a positive work frame

Social Sector

In this sector, we planned “Tea Talk” not to be weak communication skill for the youths, “Youth-based competition” programs not to stop the creative skill of youths, “Discussion with youths or language club”” programs to find the solution depend on the problems that occur in nowadays.
