How much water do you need everyday ? Your body regularly loses water through metabolism, breathing, sweating, and the removal of waste. Therefore it is important to drink to avoid dehydration. A good rule of thumb is a minimum of 6-8 cups a day but the recommended daily intake might vary depending on your physical activity or the outside temperature. The best way to know if you are hydrated enough is to look at your urine everytime you go 🚽. It should be clear or light yellow. If not, allow yourself a water break !
