Peanut Butter Meringue Pie
A long standing family tradition
Growing up, my grandmother made Peanut Butter Pie for all the family gatherings, and I loved it so much I have carried on the tradition with my husband and children.
Not many people are familiar with this type of peanut butter pie based on a pudding filling with a meringue topping, but this dessert steals the show as the main event everytime I bring it to a dinner!
