Yoga has a rich history. Movement and breathing are
practiced with deliberation and intentionality. A spiritual, mental, and
physical exercise in both control and letting go, yoga is rife with
dualities.

Why should you learn yoga?
Yoga has many health benefits. If you want to feel younger, live better,
do things with more intention, and think more profoundly, yoga might be
good for you.
Some people think that yoga is easy. But it is challenging for your mind,
body, and spirit. Have you successfully sat still and deeply breathed for
an extended period of time? Can you hold a pose that challenges your
stability for more than four or five breaths? People have studied and
practiced yoga for thousands of years. You might find yoga to be
challenging, too!
When should you learn to do yoga?
Any time is a great time to pick up yoga as a daily or weekly practice!
Practicing yoga allows your mind and body to reset. Maybe you don't have
a lot of time to practice. That is ok. Once you have built up the core
concepts of yoga into your daily practice, you will find yourself doing
more and more to incorporate it into your daily rituals.
