Crochet is a craft that uses a hook, yarn or string, and a pattern. There are many different types of stitches. Single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, treble crochet and other variations exist. These can be used in conjunction with one another to create very unique projects. No two projects ever have to be the same. Every color, hook size, yarn or string type allows you to create something entirely different when you begin to craft your artwork!

Although I didn't have a relative to teach me how to crochet, YouTube was a great resource to learn. I followed Bella Coco to learn the basics. She teaches both US and UK terms and has step-by-step visual aids that can help you learn. If you're like me and need to see and do the steps to learn and decide that you'd like to learn more about how to crochet, click here to learn from Bella Coco!
