I love cooking and baking, always have!
My fondest memories of growing up, revolve around activities in the kitchen. On Sundays, my mother would always bake a pie. She would give me the scraps of pastry to make my own little one. I loved all of the elements of it, from rolling out the pastry, to cutting and shaping it, to crimping the edges. When it was ready to go in the oven, I would sit and watch it until it was done. I was fascinated how it would rise and become golden and couldn't wait to taste my creation!
Now that I've my own children, it's come full circle and all 3 of them love to get involved.
