Photography is one of my favorite things to do when I feel overwhelmed, stressed, and even depressed. It allows me to express how I am feeling and to feel like I am fully present with nature.
As a hobby, photography has many benefits for your mental health as it "also helps bring focus to positive life experiences, enhances your self-worth, and even reduces the stress hormone cortisol. It turns out that being a shutter bug gives you a perspective in more ways than one."
