The Warsaw Improvisers Orchestra is a collective of musicians based in
Warsaw, Poland, that was founded in 2013 by saxophonist and composer Ray
Dickaty. The ensemble brings together a rotating group of musicians from
diverse backgrounds to create music that is completely improvised and
spontaneous.
The orchestra draws on a wide range of influences, including jazz,
classical, folk, and experimental music, to create a sound that is
uniquely their own. Each performance is a one-of-a-kind experience, with
the musicians relying on their instincts and communication to create
music in the moment.
