Running is an awesome form of exercise, and I have been
running since I was in middle school when I joined the track and
field team, and I have been running ever since. Running is a great way to meet friends , stay
in shape, and help boost your mood.
There are many different types of running, from sprints all the way up to the ultramarathon, and all of them
can be fun
and interesting to try out.
