Banana bread is great for breakfast, with coffee or tea and as a dessert. It is just the perfect snack especially if you've got bananas that are ripened. I prefer them super ripe because they are naturally sweeter that way. I prefer to use organic and healthy alternatives. For example: Switching regular sugar to brown sugar or jaggery, adding more dry fruits to reduce added sugar in the recipe, using dark chocolates instead of milk chocolate. I don't like to switch the flour because then I don't like the cake as much but feel free to switch as per your preference.
