Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado
  • 3 radishes (sliced very thin)
  • 2 slices whole grain bread (or gluten free if needed)
  • a bit of coarse salt
  • a bit of salt
  • a bit of pepper
  • a bit of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions:

  • 1. Mash the avocado flesh with the back of a fork. Mix it with the lime juice, the cumin, the salt and the pepper.
  • 2. Spread the avocado on the slices of bread.
  • 3. Add the sliced radishes on the top of the avocado and then sprinkle the coarse salt.
