Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- 3 radishes (sliced very thin)
- 2 slices whole grain bread (or gluten free if needed)
- a bit of coarse salt
- a bit of salt
- a bit of pepper
- a bit of cumin
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions:

1. Mash the avocado flesh with the back of a fork. Mix it with
the lime juice, the cumin, the salt and the pepper.
- 2. Spread the avocado on the slices of bread.

3. Add the sliced radishes on the top of the avocado and then
sprinkle the coarse salt.
