If you love green juice (like me πŸ˜‹) there is it! The secret recipe! Perfect recipe for a delicious and bittersweet juice. Rich in Potassium, Folic Acid, Vitamins K and C, and more. It's powerful!

Plus, it's ready in 25 minutes and you only need 7 ingredients and a blender.
But fear not if you don’t have a blender, because you don’t even need one to make it. There are other solutions!

  1. Ingredients .

    Celery, cucumber - as a base.
    Then we add super greens like parsley and cabbage - you will get a spicy green color.
    Apple (or orange) - adds a touch of sweetness. Ginger and Lemon - to give that immune boost kick!

  2. Wash, peel, and chop .

    I recommend that you cut the pieces small enough to easily fit in the blender.
    You should also peel citrus fruits, inhibits them from being fully juiced whith that very bitter taste.

  3. Juice !

Be sure to buy organic produce whenever possible. If you cannot find organic produce, be sure to wash thoroughly and peel the skin when possible.
